WHEN CAN I EXPECT TO RECEIVE MY PHOTOS?
Proofing galleries are sent out via email within 3 weeks of the session date for you to choose the final images you want to receive in your package. The final gallery will be sent out within 14 days after selection has been made. For sessions between October-December, turnaround time increases to 4 weeks for proofing galleries.
CAN I PURCHASE MORE DIGITAL IMAGES?
Yes. Once you receive your viewable gallery, you will select the number of images that are included in your base package. At this time, you will have the opportunity to purchase additional images or a full gallery.
WHAT IS YOUR RESCHEDULE POLICY DUE TO WEATHER?
If there is more than a 50% chance of rain on your session date and time, I will reach out the evening before your session. We will discuss the likelihood of taking our chances, finding a new location, or rescheduling for the next available date.
WHAT IS YOUR TRAVEL FEE?
Depending on the chosen collection, a flat rate travel fee of $25 will automatically be applied to your total session if the selected location is more than the number of miles from Watford indicated in the collection. This rate only applies to a limit of up to 70 miles from Watford. Above that, a travel fee is individually calculated.
IS THERE A BOOKING FEE?
Yes, I require a £100 non-refundable retainer. The booking fee is necessary to secure your spot and ensure that I can devote my time and resources to your session.The remaining balance must be paid in full no later than the day before the session.
DOES YOUR PRICE COVER ADMISSION + PARKING FEES?
Locations with admission + parking fees are covered by the client, including the photographer’s admission + parking fees, if any. Fees will be added to the remaining balance and are due by the session date.
WHAT IF I'M CAMERA SHY?
I have a lot of experience working with families and couples, and I know how to make everyone feel comfortable in front of the camera. I use a mixture of individualised, moment-driven prompts as well as some posed prompts to pull authentic and natural reactions from you and your family and produce candid moments of fun and happiness. So, don't worry if you are camera shy or if your kids are too energetic (in fact, that's even better!); I will walk you through the process and make sure you feel at ease in front of the camera and have a blast!
WHAT SHOULD WE WEAR FOR THE PHOTO SHOOT?
The number one thing is making sure you choose clothing that is comfortable, as this will help you feel confident and relaxed during the shoot. Additionally, consider the location and theme of the shoot when selecting your outfit to ensure that it complements the overall aesthetic. But don't worry if you have no idea what to wear, I'm here to guide you during the planning stage and help you find your perfect outfits! To assist you in this process, we'll have a brainstorming session over the phone, and I'll also send you some advice and outfit ideas; I have multiple Pinterest boards with tonnes of outfit inspiration!
CAN YOU PHOTOSHOP MY BODY?
No, I will not manipulate the shape or form of your body. I will remove unwanted pimples, blemishes, soften bags under eyes etc., but I will not alter your appearance. You are gorgeous just the way you are!
